This is probably the hardest time for you. It’s painful because you are going through it right now.

We don’t know when it’s going to end - nobody does. This lockdown is taking a toll on us mentally and emotionally. However, what we do know, is that it shows what a resilient person you have been – despite the numerous lockdowns, the starts and the stops. The highs and lows.

Yet, here you are. Still having the will to wake up every morning. Still wanting to do the best you can. Still holding on to this very day. YOU are the definition of strength. There is a bright light at the end of the tunnel. And when you finally reach there, you’ll look back and remember your unbreakable spirit, your beautiful patience, and willpower to keep going.

Take a break. Check on yourself. Reach out to your loved ones. Raising the white flag is not giving up – it shows that you are determined to keep on living – and brave to ask for HELP. We are almost there.
