DELIVERY INFORMATION

Once your finish your purchases, it doesn't mean that we don't care about you afterwards. You will get our beautiful products delivered to you by our very own local couriers. Get acquainted with the terms and conditions for our goods delivery below!

COURIERS

Local delivery (within Malaysia)

All deliveries within Peninsular are handled by Ninja Van Sdn. Bhd.

As for East Malaysia, you have an option to opt for Q Express or Ninja Van Sdn. Bhd

International delivery (outside of Malaysia)

We ship internationally to Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia and many other countries.

DELIVERY TIME

It will take 1- 3 working days for Peninsular, 4 - 7 for East Malaysia and 8 -14 days for international deliveries.

DELIVERY COSTS

Nationwide delivery will cost at a flat rate of RM5.50 for Peninsular.

RM15 for Sabah & Sarawak for the first 1kg. 

International shipping costs will vary depending on the destination.

POST DELIVERY 

Once you've proceeded with the payment of our products, we will send you an email containing your order ID and tracking number. Do check your inbox, junk, spam and updates folder! 

Orders that are made successfully before 3PM will be shipped out on the same day. Orders after 3PM will be shipped out the next day (local delivery only).
