Returns & Exchanges

NITA ensure all our items are in good condition on delivery, damage may occur during the transit period. We sincerely apologise and hope you will continue to shop with NITA.

We strictly do not offer returns and exchanges due to hygienic reasons.

However the customers may return/exchange if the items is damaged/wrong/faulty items and it will only be accepted within 14 days after your order has been received in exchange for NITA Store Credit only. Kindly read through the terms and conditions below:

1. Item(s) has not been used and in the original packaging.
2. Item(s) cannot be exchanged with different colour or product even if they have the same price.
3. Item(s) must be posted within fourteen (14) days upon receiving local delivery. Item(s) received more than fourteen (14) days will not be entertained.
4. Item(s) exchange is subject to stock availability.
5. To make exchanges kindly send a photo of the damaged area of the product, write a short description, include your Order ID and send it to our DM on Instagram (nita.cosmetics) or email us at orders@nitacosmetics.com.
6. To make your shopping experience better, we offer the flexibility of return & exchange policy. However we do monitor the number of returns made by customers thus NITA serves all rights to decline requests under certain circumstances.

Once the item is received, we will then ship the correct item back to you with no additional cost. NITA will be responsible for the returning shipping fee and the shipping fee from you to us.
